PAR Water Guard is a premium polymer-based waterproof coating specially designed to protect exterior walls, concrete surfaces and plastered masonry from water ingress and environmental damage.
It forms a durable waterproof barrier while providing excellent resistance against carbon dioxide, chloride and sulphate penetration, helping extend the life of structures.
With superior UV stability and anti-fungal protection, it offers long-lasting performance for exterior waterproofing applications.

Application System:
Surface Preparation:
- Surface should be clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease and algae
- Repair cracks using PAR Crack Fill before application
Primer Coat:
- Dilute PAR Water Guard with equal quantity of clean water
- Apply as primer coat and allow 3–4 hours drying time
Topcoat:
- Apply 2 coats of PAR Water Guard
- Maintain 6-hour interval between coats
- Allow air curing for 7 days for optimum performance
